 Dear colleague,

I am pleased to introduce Mycology Minutes, a free feature that provides overviews of key fungal presentations in a concise yet highly informative format.  My colleague, Paul Bryant, MD, and I selected 10 presentations to review from 2016 ASM Microbe meeting that took place in Boston in June. Specifically, these presentations highlight prophylactic/therapeutic studies, epidemiologic/resistance assessments, disease pathogenesis studies, pharmacology assessments, and diagnostics across a range of pathogens.  We hope that you will find this educational experience illuminating, and thus become more successful in honing strategies in your ongoing effort to improve outcomes for your patients with invasive fungal disease.

 Regards,
